ABOUT
THE STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC
I believe music is one of the most universal ways to connect people. Beyond styles, genres and disciplines, it has the power to bring cultures together, create shared experiences and pass emotions from one person to another. This belief shapes every project I undertake.
Whether composing for film, creating original works or performing live, I see music as a language without boundaries. I enjoy moving freely between cinematic scoring, contemporary composition, improvisation and live performance, allowing each project to find the musical identity it truly deserves rather than fitting into predefined categories.
My approach is driven by emotion. Whether supporting the narrative of a film, enhancing the atmosphere of a live performance or creating an intimate musical moment, my goal is always the same: to tell stories, connect people and create experiences that resonate long after the final note.

He has directed orchestral cine-concerts at independent cinemas including Genesis London and ActOne, bringing together film, live music and audiences in immersive performances. He has also performed live piano accompaniment for silent films and developed projects that explore the dialogue between contemporary music, visual art and performance.
His musical journey extends beyond composition for film. He has also performed across London’s contemporary music scene with bands including Overlord and Outlaw George, while collaborating with London artist and dancer Gail Seres-Woolfson.
Pierre regularly works with musicians, ensembles and creative institutions, conducting and producing orchestral recording sessions at renowned London studios including Abbey Road Studios, Angel Studios and RCM Studios. His collaborations include projects with bass trombonist José Teixeira, percussionist Gosia Kepa, French film composer Amine Bouhafa, and various orchestral and artistic organisations.
His work is trusted by artists and institutions including conductors Leif Tse and Dr Dimitri Scarlato, Hapax Orchestra, Liberata Collective, ActOne Cinema, Orchestre Ecus’Son, Orchestre National d’Auvergne and the Royal College of Music Creative Career Centre.
Based between London and France, Pierre continues to develop projects that bring together different cultures, artistic disciplines and musical worlds, with the belief that music remains one of the most powerful ways to connect people and tell meaningful stories.
